How long does it take to set up?
Once you sign up, please allow our team 1 Hour to setup your CRM, after that you'll be up and running. So usually within a day or so, depending on our availability. At times, 1 hour if during daytime hours.
Are there any ongoing costs?
The monthly cost is $19NZD per account, and about 12 cents per SMS. Occasionally we offer discounts, this will be communicated to everyone via email.
Do I get a NZ mobile phone number?
No, SMS rules in NZ are very strict. Your messages will appear from a 4 digit short code. This is a shared short code which other companies and businesses might also be using.
Having your own exclusive short code is considerably more expensive (which is one of the reasons KiwiTxt exists in the first place).
Do I need a NZ phone number ?
No, our SMS system and Lead Connector or Twilio work completely independently of each other.
What are the "work arounds with workflows"?
If you'd like to use missed call text back, the CRM feature inside settings will NOT work with KiwiTxt. You need to build a workflow that sends an SMS with a missed call.
If you'd like to use review requests, you need to send an SMS, not send a Review Request. Either in workflow or directly in the conversations area.
